Terms of service
Last updated October 1, 2026 · Version 2026-10-01
The short version: you pay $99 once for one website. You keep access for as long as we run Your SEO Squad. If you’re not happy within 30 days, we’ll refund you in full. We never change your website without your approval, and we can’t promise specific Google rankings.
1. Who we are
Your SEO Squad (“we”, “us”) provides the website dashboard at app.yourseosquad.com and the services described on yourseosquad.com. These terms apply when you create an account or buy access. By doing either, you agree to them.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for yourself or your business.
- Keep your password private. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
- Each account covers one website. Only add a website you own or are authorised to manage.
3. Lifetime access ($99, one-time)
Lifetime access is a single payment of $99 USD for one website. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Prices shown don’t include any sales tax that may apply where you live.
“Lifetime” means for as long as Your SEO Squad operates the dashboard — not your lifetime or ours. If we ever decide to shut the service down, we’ll give you at least 60 days’ notice by email so you can save your information.
Lifetime access includes, for one website:
- Website scans of up to 25 pages, at most once every 24 hours and up to 10 scans in any 30 days.
- One-click title and meta-description changes on supported WordPress sites, up to 20 approved changes in any 30 days, with change history and undo.
- Google Search Console reports, once that connection is available.
- One monthly promotion kit per calendar month, on request: one promotion, two emails, three social posts and one graphic in square and vertical sizes. Kits use your saved business details and our reusable layouts; unlimited or custom design work isn’t included. Unrequested months don’t roll over.
These limits keep the service fast and affordable for everyone. We may raise them at any time. We won’t reduce them for existing lifetime customers except where needed to stop abuse or to comply with the law. Access is for you and your business and can’t be resold or transferred without our agreement.
4. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you’re not satisfied, ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we’ll refund the full $99 to your original payment method. Request it from the “Get expert help” page in your dashboard. Once refunded, your access ends. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
5. Changes to your website
- Scans only read pages anyone can see. They never change your website.
- We only change your website when you’ve connected it (for example with our WordPress plugin) and approved the exact change. You can disconnect at any time.
- You’re responsible for the text you approve. Please make sure it’s accurate.
- Keep your own backups. We provide undo for changes made through the dashboard, but we can’t be responsible for problems caused by your host, theme, other plugins or caching.
6. No ranking guarantees
Search results depend on many things outside our control, including Google’s own decisions. Our recommendations follow widely accepted good practice, but we don’t guarantee any ranking, traffic, lead or sales result.
7. Extra services
Website builds, link building and done-for-you fixes are separate services. We’ll quote them before any work starts, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
8. Third-party services
We rely on services like Stripe (payments), Google (Search Console data, when you connect it) and WordPress. Their own terms also apply to your use of them, and we aren’t responsible for their availability.
9. Fair use
Don’t use Your SEO Squad to scan websites you don’t control, to overload any website, to break the law, or to try to access other customers’ information. We may suspend accounts that do. If we suspend a paid account for reasons other than misuse, we’ll refund it.
10. Liability
We provide Your SEO Squad “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data), and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects paying customers, we’ll tell you by email or in your dashboard before it takes effect. The version number and date at the top always show the current terms.
12. Contact
Questions, refund requests or account deletion: use the “Get expert help” page in your dashboard and we’ll reply by email.
